Collection of Information
Heads up: we may receive and store any information that you voluntarily provide to us whenever you enter information on our Site, complete one of our online forms or questionnaires, make a purchase on the Site, and/or provide information to us in any other way. Ex: when we collect your email address when you sign up for an email newsletter. The types of other information collected may include: your IP address, browser information, username, password, time zone, and any other information necessary for us to provide our services. We will also collect things like your full name, gender, physical address, phone number(s), credit card and/or other payment information and all of this type of information is collectively called “Personal Information.”
Redo will use some of your information and/or Personal Information collected online to process and fulfill your order. You can, of course, choose not to provide us with certain information and/or Personal Information, however that may make you unable to take advantage of many of the features of this Site and that would be a bummer. The information and/or Personal Information you provide may be used for things like responding to your requests for certain products and services, customizing our advertising and content, and communicating with you about specials, sales, and new products.
Something else worth noting: we maintain a record of your purchase history, product interests, and whatever other membership details might enable us to improve your shopping experience. While you are not required to submit any information and/or Personal Information to our Site, without providing the requested information and/or Personal Information, you may be unable to access certain features of our Site—including placing an order, or logging into any other Redo related services.
Cookies and Usage Data
Like many websites, Redo’s Site utilizes “cookies” to maintain a record of your visits to the Site and your use of our services. This way we can check out usage patterns and improve our services. The technologies we use to keep an eye on Site activity may, among others, include cookies. A cookie is a small, sweet dessert cake and is typically round, flat and baked, but that’s not what we are talking about. We are referring to a “cookie”, a small, inedible, text file that is transferred by a web server and stored on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device. It can only be read by the server that sent it to you. This information does not identify you personally and you remain anonymous unless you have otherwise provided Redo with Personal Information. We will automatically be able to collect information about things you do on the Site such as the searches you conduct, the links you click, and the pages you visit. Note: if you choose to disable your cookies, your user experience maybe limited and some functions of the Site may not work properly. If the Site allows you to create an account, when you sign in to such account we may record your user ID and the name on the account in your cookie file on your computer. We may also record your password in this cookie file if you indicate you want your password saved for automatic sign in. We also may allow third party providers to serve cookies from the Site to allow them to assist us in things like analysis of the Site and its effectiveness, as well as the Site’s content and advertising. Usernames, passwords, and other member account-related data stored in such cookies will be encrypted. These third party companies may employ cookies and web beacons to measure advertising effectiveness (such as which web pages of the Site are visited or what products are purchased and in what amount). We may also keep log files that contain IP addresses—so we can monitor traffic on the Site, report aggregate information to our advertisers, if any, and troubleshoot any technical problems. If we face abuse of our Site, we will also use IP addresses to personally identify you to enforce the terms of this policy and we may block certain IP addresses if and as needed.
